Multi-Unit Residential Building – Full Interior Design Package
Project Currently Under Construction

This large-scale residential project involved the full interior design scope for a new multi-unit development, spanning both private suites and shared amenity areas. Although the building is still under construction, this project is featured to showcase the depth of work completed, including a fully coordinated interior design drawing package and supporting 3D renderings.

Our involvement began at the early planning stages, consulting on unit layouts to improve functionality and flow. From there, we designed the main lobby, corridors, suite entrances, and a wide range of amenity spaces including a fitness gym, yoga studio, co-working office area, TV/media lounge, penthouse party room, and barrier-free washrooms. We also consulted on exterior lighting concepts to ensure the overall design vision extended beyond the interior.

The design package included:

• Floor plans, RCPs, and interior elevations

• Custom millwork design for common areas and suites

• Finish and fixture specifications

• Barrier-free accessibility planning

• Lighting layouts and coordination

•  3D visuals for presentation and client approval

The material palette was curated to create a warm, modern atmosphere while maintaining durability and code compliance. This project reflects my ability to manage complex, multi-functional spaces and maintain visual continuity across a diverse program.
