The Tides - Condominiums
The transitional decor of this lobby was designed around the two staircases flanking the entrance to the elevators. Metal spindles, walnut stained handrail and newel posts adorn the walnut and white staircase. The ceiling is divided into three trays to mirror the tile detail on the floor. Square columns over partial height walls form the entrance to the sitting area and fireplace to the left, and library to the right. The three-square detail from the columns is repeated in the back-lit panels under the staircase.
