The large structural columns in the foyer were framed with mouldings and birds-eye maple wallpaper. The lobby features a waiting area, ceramic tile medallion and oversize mirror. The curved staircase leads to a sitting area and library with custom cabinetry and comfortable seating. This design won and award at the Nova Scotia Home Builders Association Peak Awards for multi-unit housing.
